Use scissors or thinning shears to neaten the feet of stray hairs on the front legs and up to the hocks on the back legs.

Protein shampoos and coat conditioners enrich this breed's coat. A final spray of protein coat conditioner or gloss is nice.
MORE GROOMING TIPS FOR PROFESSIONALS

Very little is normally done to the body coat except to possibly lightly neaten it, especially around the pasterns. Combing is more useful than brushing on this coat.
