WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS SURVEY? This survey is for grooming business owners operating one or more mobile grooming vans, trucks or trailers with or without employees. It is NOT for commercially located salons, shops, home-based or self-serve pet wash operations. Please take this survey one time only in the year 2008. Thank you.
