Best Grooming Tip Contest 2004

When trying to sculpt out the hair (generally wet and gummed up) from between the eyes of certain breeds (like Shih Tzu's), especially those with bulging eyeballs, here's a tip. Take the bottom eyelid and gently push it up and over the eyeball, itself. Hold the eyelid over the eyeball while you shave "that side" of the nose area. Then do the same with the other other to shave the other half of the nose area. This step helps stop any harm happening to the eye - especially for those fidgets we all have a few of. As well, it stops hair from falling into the eye as well. Helpful?
