Take Time with Clients

The most important grooming tip I can offer to all groomers is "communication": We all have had the "bad" hair cut experience! Most of the time this happens is because we have really not expressed our needs/wishes properly. Please spend the extra time with new customers; even if you don't really think you have the time. The pay-off is more than worth the few extra minutes you spend speaking w/your clients.
