This is a simple but wonderful tip for all shops. Begin making a small treat bag for each client. It rewards the animal after each grooming session when they arrive home. After a few sessions the animal will remember they are rewarded after each grooming session and looks forward to grooming sessions even more. It also adds a touch of class to your grooming salon and impresses the customer. It's a simple inexpensive gesture that puts you in a league above the rest! I buy greenies and good treats and spend around $1.10 per treat bag, but my clients RAVE about it!
