Powder ran away from home. Someone found him and wanted to keep him. Powder was such a mess, but he was returned them to original owner. To my surprise the owner told me the dog was a biter. Powder was so grateful to finally be cleaned up and was actually a pleasure to groom. The only thing is I regret is that his Bichon face was so matted I had to make him look totally different.
