This is Precious, a 4 year old Shih Tzu. One of my customers came to me and asked if I knew anyone who wanted a 4 year old dog. I said sure, and I took Precious home. She was so sweet but needed grooming badly. The knots were to the skin all over including the face. Since I don't like to stress dogs out I shaved her body, but shaving her face was not a option. Precious sat there and was so grateful to be able to see again. I didn't just get a happy puppy, but I got love and respect as well.
