PDF Versions:
If you are not computer saavy this is the
version for you. You can print our
Planners on your computer and fill them
out manually. We suggest using pencil, not
ink, to allow for corrections and changes.
If your computer
already has the free Adobe Reader software
installed, our Adobe PDF Planners should
load on your screen when you click. All
you have to do is print them on your
computer printer. You're ready to fill
them in. Easy!
MS Excel® Versions:
They are for
those users with Excel (or compatible such
as free OpenOffice) on their computer, and computer experience
or a knowledgeable helper.
When you click
the names of the Excel Planners, a
download window opens. Please follow
the instructions to SAVE them to your
computer. Do not choose the OPEN
function. You may get asked for a
password, etc. Instead, save them to your
computer, open Excel and load the saved
files.
If you are using an Excel-compatible you
must save files to your computer, open the
compatible spreadsheet program and load
the saved files.
Using the Excel files is not
for spreadsheet newbies. However, they are
VERY easy spreadsheet files. You don't
have to enter any formulas. It is data
entry only.
Don't be disappointed if you cannot use
Excel version. Print
and use
the Adobe PDF Planners instead. They
produce the same results.
When
you're done you will have
organized the same info had you used the Excel versions.
If you don't own MS Excel you can download
OpenOffice, a free MS Office compatible
program.

Download

Place your mouse cursor
over the name of the file (see list
below).

Click.

A popup message box will
come up. Select SAVE and save to
your computer. Be sure to make a written
reminder of where you
saved it on your computer.

Do NOT select
OPEN. You will get asked for permissions
etc. You MUST use the SAVE function. If
you chose OPEN, simply cancel and start
over.

Once SAVED to your
computer, open it from your computer by
locating the file on your computer and
clicking it to open. You will need MS
Excel or compatible.
