and find the Building Improvements & Repairs section. Notice how you can organize
your costs for carpentry and painting, electrical and
lighting, fencing, landscaping, potty walk,
floors, heating, AC, plumbing and exterior
building signs. You need to draw up plans and
document ideas, get contractor quotes (or DIY
costs), and then chart those expenses in this
section. Below we have started a collection of
articles to assist you commercial or leasehold
