Experienced groomers know that coloring pets is an individual choice, and controversial. Some pet owners flame about it, others don't. You won't find many products for the purpose and many pet owners still resort food coloring. Pet Esthe in Japan has actually come out with dedicated products for this exact purpose, but you may find a source for the product is difficult.

In our experience we had very few requests and there were zero commercial products available for the purpose. Food coloring was used (some people suggest Kool-Aid), but it was never a regular service. However, you are eventually going to get some requests, especially during holiday periods or for parties. Keep in mind that a few states have laws restricting pet coloring, and remember some people have emotional reactions, be prepared.

There is another reasonable use of color in stick form and it used for touch-up only, not dyeing. Some coat care products have a light amount of coloring added for specific coat colors and for dyeing the animal another color. There are similar products to touch-up and blacken noses.
