Melissa Sirianni brings over 15 years experience in the pet industry, occupational safety & health consulting/marketing/strategy and the art of negotiations. Groomers can benefit from someone that has lived in their world, walked in their shoes, experienced their experiences, as well as someone that has extensive knowledge and experience in the safety field. Melissa is a  General Partner of TeamYugo, Ltd., a Safety Consulting firm, and previous owner of her own successful pet styling salon for over 10 years. She is a partner in RF Training Co and FIRST Inc. Melissa has been the Editor of Pet Stylist Magazine, and lectured at US Pet Pro Classic in Dallas, All American Grooming Show in Chicago and the Atlanta Pet Fair in Atlanta, GA. Melissa is a self-publisher and developer of numerous products and materials in different industries. In addition, is an authorized OSHA General Industry Trainer, Safety Officer, Certified Terrorism First Responder and WMD First Responder. She has taken the business needs and safety concerns of grooming quite seriously. She has been asked by OSHA Directorate to sit on a committee to develop training regulations. Melissa knows the in's and out's of OSHA and how to work with them on your behalf.
