Vicki Conley has been a member of the pet grooming industry for over 25 years. She is the owner of one of the largest and most successful grooming schools in the world. Its curricula specializes in maximizing student's efficiency, production and financial rewards for graduates. She has 2 locations and plans to open a third location this summer, and she is currently planning 4th and 5th locations in 2006. Since 1997 her schools have been operated using management techniques outlined in Madeline Ogle's grooming business management book, From Problems to Profits: The Madson Management System. Vicki has developed unique problems to assist students with financial goals, including a placement program with tuition reimbursement by prospective employers.
