Dina’s seminar has been overwhelmingly popular at trade shows all across the country but this venue provides a more “hands on” environment for attendees. The seminar will include a brief tour of the Wag’n Tails production facilities to learn how Wag’n Tails vans are built and new models will be available to view in a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere.

Dina Perry, Wag’n Tails founder said “it will be great for everyone to see our clean and bright facility and to take a plant tour in addition to learning all the ins and outs of mobile grooming. We will conduct the seminar in our huge indoor showroom so we’ll have room to spread out and have great interaction among myself and all the attendees”.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their families along and make a mini vacation of their visit. Area attractions include Amish Acres Historic Farm and Heritage Resort, Shipshewana Indoor Water Park, shopping for Amish furniture and crafts, horseback riding, Lake Michigan beaches, winery tours, the Health Works Kid’s Museum, the Chocolate Factory and Museum, the University of Notre Dame and more!

THE WAG’N TAILS STORE OPENS FOR BUSINESS!

Wag’n Tails Store is Open to All Mobile Grooming Vehicle Owners Regardless of Grooming Vehicle Manufacturer

Granger, Indiana, June 16, 2009
Wag’n Tails has opened their online parts web site, The Wag’n Tails Store, to all grooming vehicle owners everywhere-including owners of home-built vehicles and those made by other vehicle converters! Since many of the parts available for sale in the Wag’n Tails Store can be used on virtually any grooming van, all owners now have an easy to use location to order parts for their grooming vans.
“The site has been undergoing Beta testing for several months through our Wag’n Tails Den” said Customer Care Manager Jamie Hahn. The Wag’n Tails Den is a password protected website available only to Wag’n Tails owners that had included the store in addition to maintenance hints, groomer tips specific to Wag’n Tails owners and business advice articles. The Den will continue with the “owners only” information but the Wag’n Tails Store has been moved out of the password protected area. “The Beta test went very smoothly so we are now rolling it out to anyone needing parts for their mobile grooming vehicle” Hahn added.
Wag’n Tails President, Dennis Gnetz commented that “since most mobile groomers have to search out sources like RV dealerships and other specialty outlets for parts, we wanted all grooming vehicle owners to have one place they can trust to get them the right parts at a fair price.” Gnetz also said that “the Wag’n Tails Store is on a secure server so groomers can feel safe ordering with a credit card. I want everyone to know that no credit card information is retained after the order is processed. Also, the Wag’n Tails Store shoppers have a variety of shipping options from ground to overnight”.
Hahn added that he is “looking forward to giving non-Wag’n Tails van owners a taste of our famous customer service. For instance, most orders received Monday through Friday ship the same day. That level of service may be something they aren’t used to but it’s common around here!”
The Wag’n Tails Store has plumbing, electrical and other products to choose from. The store is stocked with over 75 different items like water pumps, generators and generator maintenance parts, air conditioners, batteries, dryer hoses, and Wag’n Tails wildly popular 3-n-1 grooming table. Hahn asks everyone interested to “come by and browse anytime because we will be adding more and more items to the Wag’n Tails Store soon!”
